Q: How long does it take for my item to ship?

A: Our turn around time is on average 3-5 business days. Depending on the season, items may take longer to ship. Rain jackets may take longer than 3-5 business days. If you ever have any questions about the status of your item, please message us. 

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns on our boutique clothing and jewelry, as long as the tag is still on the item. Boutique clothing cannot have been washed or worn. If you return the item and it appears to of been washed or worn we will not refund you your money. We do not allow returns or exchanges on customized items (monogrammed items, embroidered items, and greek merchandise). We will only allow exchange on these products if there is a manufacturer defect. Please email us with any questions!

 

Q: How long does it take for you to ship my order?

A: We try our hardest to ship within 3-5 business days once the item is purchased. Depending on the time of year you are purchasing, it could take a little longer. If you ever need an item by a certain date, please get in contact with us and we will work with you! 

 

Q: Why have I not received my order?

A: Depending on what your purchased it may take longer than normal.

EX: We order rain jackets as they are purchased, therefor it will take a little longer for you to receive the item. 

- If you purchase through a group link, we do not distribute those items until the link is taken down. Therefore your item will not be shipped until the link is taken down. 

 

Q: Can i cancel my order?

A: Depending on what you order you can cancel it. If you purchase an item that is customizable or a greek item, we cannot cancel your order once your order has been processed. 

 

Q: What do I do if I ordered the wrong size?

A: If it is boutique clothing we will exchange it for the correct size as long as we have it in stock. If it is a greek item, we will not allow you to exchange it for a different size because it is considered "customizable". If you ever have a question about sizing, please email us and we will help you!

 

Q: When checking out I see Denton store pick up, what is that?

A:  If you chose that option, we will not ship your item and you can pick it up when it is ready. We will send you an email when it is ready to be picked up!

 

Q: Where is Mint located?

A: 725 S. Locust St., Denton TX 76226. We are located before you get to the Denton Square. 

 

Q: My package says that it was delivered, but I cannot find it. 

A: Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for the package. If you cannot locate your package we can give you the tracking info and you can contact usps. We are not responsible if your package gets lost or stolen.
