Q: Where is the store?

A:You are here! Simply Sisters is an online store based out of Texas. We currently do not have a brick and mortar location. We operate exclusively online.

 

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

A: Yes! Please contact us and provide us with the item/s you are interested in and the quantity and we are happy to send you a quote

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Only if we have not already started processing the order. Please contact us.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Customized products for Simply Sisters are final sale due to they are personalized and made to order.

 

QI have received my order and something is wrong.

A: We want to help solve the issue. Please contact us and please include a picture of the issue. 

 

Q: What is your turn around time?

A: 3-5 Business days (Monday-Friday). During peak season it could take longer, however we will post it to let you know if that is the case. We do our best to get items out as quickly as we can. We know how excited you are to receive them and we are excited for you to get them.

 

Q: Can I rush ship an order?

A:  Yes, when it is possible. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

 

Q: What happens if my package is returned?

A: We will email you as soon as it arrives back to us. If the package was returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, we will ask you to pay for the item to be shipped out again.

 

Q: My package show delivered but I do not have it.

A:Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible
for the package. We are happy to provide the tracking
number and describe the packaging to help you locate it
with the postal service.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
